Product Overview:

The QBY pneumatic diaphragm pump is a relatively novel type of pump on the market. It features a simple structure, easy disassembly and repair, stable liquid delivery, low vibration and noise, strong self-priming capability, and the ability to handle high-viscosity liquids. It combines many advantages of self-priming pumps, submersible pumps, slurry pumps, and impurity pumps. Using compressed air as the power source, it can thoroughly extract and handle various corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, high-viscosity, volatile, flammable, highly toxic, and hard-to-flow liquids.

Product Features:

1. No need for priming water; suction lift up to 5m, head up to 70m, outlet pressure >7bar;

2. Wide flow path with good passing performance, allowing particles up to 10mm in diameter. Minimal wear when pumping slurry or impurities;

3. Head and flow can be steplessly adjusted via the air valve opening (air pressure adjustable between 1-7bar);

4. The pump has no rotating parts or shaft seals. The diaphragm separates the medium from the moving parts, ensuring no leakage. Safe for pumping toxic, volatile, or corrosive media without environmental pollution or personal harm;

5. No electricity required; safe and reliable for use in flammable and explosive environments;

6. Can operate submerged in the medium;

7. Easy to use and reliable; start/stop simply by opening/closing the gas valve. Even if running without medium or sudden shutdown occurs, the pump won’t be damaged. It automatically shuts down under overload and restarts when normal, with self-protection;

8. Simple structure with few vulnerable parts. Easy installation and maintenance. The medium does not contact the air distribution valve or linkage, avoiding performance degradation from wear on rotors, pistons, gears, blades, etc.;

9. Capable of pumping viscous liquids (viscosity up to 10,000 cP);

10. No oil lubrication required; unaffected by dry running.
